Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa

I like the feeling of a modern facility with an old world antique look. The setting next to the ocean. Easy access from the highways.

Wasn't anything that I actually did not like.

I would not stay at the resort again. We didn't receive any maid service during our stay. No fresh towels, beds not made, etc., We left for our activities before 8:30 in the morning and when we returned at 3:00 the room had not been cleaned. Our schedule was hectic due to the nature of our visit, we needed to rest and leave again by 4:30. Maid cart was in the hallway when we left so felt sure the room would be serviced but when we returned at 9:00 pm it wasn't. We travel extensively, this was really one of the least satisfactory places we have stayed. It was a place to sleep, nothing more.

The room was a little bit too small for the furniture in it. At daytime the hotel sign is easily missed. Need a "bigger" sign. It took us a while to find it. We were all extremely dissapointed with the beach because it's full of rocks and stones and almost no sand, totally different from what advertised on your website!!! We could not get in the water nor allow the children. We had to get in our car and drive miles away down the road until we found a nice beach area with a lot of sand.

Our a double room with a safe box, a writing table, iron and ironing board was attractive.

Truly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean fabulous boutique hotel. All the staff was very welcoming and polite, resolved my issues. The venue's position was great close to bars and restaurants. There was a great restaurant not very far from the hotel. Outdoor bar was superb.

I love how they have complimentary beach chairs! The massage at the spa was very nice, and the ocean views from our room were fine. Enjoyed the poolside service and the complimentary champagne at 3 AM was a good surprise!

the check-in process was a bit chaotic. but the location is stunning with direct beach access. we loved the spacious pool area and the attentive bar staff who kept our drinks filled. the room had amazing ocean views!

The beach access was really good. The staff's friendliness stood out, clearly working hard to accommodate guest needs. The room was outdated and not very appealing, with dusty shelves and a carpet that felt unclean. The follow-up service after an incorrect charge was lacking, taking far too long to resolve the billing issue.

It exceeded my expectations, especially the friendly staff. The beach access and the fine views of the ocean were absolute highlights .

Consider using the complimentary beach chairs for maximum comfort and convenience while soaking up the sun by the ocean.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and the friendly staff. I still remember how they helped me find my lost ID card on my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!

Amazing views, really good location.

The beautiful ocean views and attentive staff. While the valet service was a bit slow, the fine beach access and lovely pool area more than compensated for it. Can't wait to return!
